Our Successful Collaboration with TUAG Continues

Our Successful Collaboration with TUAG Continues In 2023, as part of our collaboration with TUAG, we successfully completed the 15-year periodic inspection of two Safran Turbomeca Arriel 2S2 engines at our Kale Air hangar. This year, we took this collaboration a step further by completing the maintenance of four Safran Turbomeca Arriel 1E2 engines at our facilities. Within this scope: • 15-year periodic inspections were completed for 4 Module 03 units, • 2 Module 01 units and 1 Module 04 unit were replaced. Kale Air Helicopter Maintenance Service as its new Maintenance Centre in Türkiye Istanbul, 26 September 2024 – Airbus Helicopters has appointed Kale Air Helicopter Maintenance as its new maintenance centre in Türkiye. The Bursa based company will handle the maintenance services of civil Airbus Helicopters fleet in the region, notably the H125, H130, H135, and H145 helicopters. Founded in 1995, Kale Air is an SHGM Part-145 approved maintenance organisation with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System. 15-YEAR MO3 PERIODIC INSPECTION

For the very first time in Turkiye, a 15-YEAR MO3 PERIODIC INSPECTION has been successfully performed on two engines of our customer's S76C++ Helicopter in our company hangar with the cooperation of TUAG. We would especially like to thank TUAG CEO, Mr. Grégory BON-BETEMPS, TUAG Technical Director, Mr. Gilles FREYMOND, TUAG Technician, Mr. Jonathan DIAZ for their support and collaboration.

BK117 C-2 (EC145) Type Training

We are proud to announce that the Airbus Helicopters BK117 C-2 (EC145) Type Training for our Kale Air staff has been successfully completed, and our staff has been awarded a type certificate. The theoretical and practical training was provided by our General Manager, Mr. M. Sait SÖLMEN, as a Technical Instructor.
